The product

Venn is a product of Ordinary Software Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”). It sells an automatically generated digital report ($2.40, one-time) that analyzes how an Upwork profile reads from a client's perspective and compares its positioning with public profiles in a chosen niche. It is not human consulting, coaching or a guarantee of any outcome, including jobs, interviews or earnings.

Not affiliated with Upwork

Venn is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Upwork. We have no access to Upwork's private ranking algorithms, internal AI or non-public data. “Upwork” is a trademark of its owner.

Your submissions

Only submit profiles you own or are authorized to analyze. You're responsible for reviewing any suggested wording before using it, and for complying with Upwork's terms.

Accuracy

Reports are generated by AI from the text you provide and from public profile text found via web search. They may contain errors or omissions. Use them as input, not as fact.

Refunds

• If your paid report fails to generate and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
• If you're unhappy with your report, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Contact: support@tryvennai.app
